The Cambodian National Council for Children is the Royal Government's principal body for child rights coordination, policy, and protection.
To coordinate and monitor efforts to protect children's rights, promote child welfare, and ensure every child has access to education, healthcare, and a safe environment in Cambodia.

Established in 1995 under Article 44 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, CNCC advises the government on child-related policies and coordinates national child protection systems.
