Child Online Safety training course for social service workers in Prey Veng province.

Kampong Trabek District Hall, Prey Veng Province -From 09 to 10 September 2025, the working group of the project "Child Online Safety" of the General Secretariat of the Cambodia National Council for Children (CNCC), in collaboration with WOMEN in Prey Veng Province, through financial and technical assistance from ChildFun-Cambodia, organized the training course on child online safety for the social service workers in Prey Veng Province.

The purpose of the training course is to raise awareness and strengthen the capacity of the social services workers on how to prevent, respond to, and support child services related to online child exploitation and sexual abuse.

The training was chaired by Lok Chumteav Chim Savin, a member of the Provincial Council and Chair of the Prey Veng Provincial Advisory Committee on Women and Children and was attended by a total of 25 social service workers from relevant departments, district offices, and communes.
