H.E Mr. Excellency Kim Sovandy, General Secretary of the General Secretariat CNCC accompanied by H.E Mr. Excellency Chea Somethy, Minister of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation and President of the Cambodian National Council for Children and Ms. Excellency Chea Phalkun, participate in the Conversation Ceremony to visit the mentally ill and bring some charitable gifts to distribute in connection with the Valentine's Day, February 14, 2024. The ceremony was held at the Center for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Mentally Illness in Bakou Village, Bakou Commune, Kandal Steung District, Kandal Province.
