The pilot dissemination of the Swipe Safe App program on child safety online at Battambang province.

Battambang Province—March 4-5, 2025: The Swipe Safe project team of the General Secretariat of the Cambodia National Council for Children (CNCC), in collaboration with the O.E.C. Organization, through financial and technical support from ChildFund Cambodia, organized a pilot dissemination of the Swipe Safe App program on child safety online for groups of adolescents in two different schools: the first at Ou Dambang’I Secondary School and the second at Ou Dambang’II Secondary School, Sangke District, Battambang Province, with a total of approximately 70 adolescents participating in both places.

The purpose of pilot dissemination is to allow adolescents to directly access and test the Swipe Safe App program on "Child Safety Online" and to enable adolescents to understand the benefits and risks and know how to plan for their own protection online and to find shortcomings in order to improve ease of understanding and use.
