Preah Vihear Province, July 25, 2024, H.E. Nop Rithea, Deputy Secretary General, High Representative of H.E. Chea Somethy, Minister of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation, and participants from the DoSVY Preah Vihear, Stung Treng, Ratanakkiri, Mondulkiri, Kratie, Tbong Khmum, Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, Red Cross Preah Vihear province, and partner organizations, a total of about 70 people.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Secretary of State said that this was the fourth meeting of the dissemination of social policy full of inclusiveness, there is participation from all stakeholders social work. At the same time, he requested all operators to participate in the implementation for our country become a country social welfare as a state with good health in accordance with Cambodia Sustainable Development Goals As a high-middle-income country by 2030.
