Inter-Ministerial Meeting of the Office of the Council of Ministers

Council of the Minister—June 19, 2025: The General Secretariat of the Cambodia National Council for Children (CNCC), led by Her Excellency Khiev Borey, Secretary of State and Vice-Chairman of the CNCC; a high-ranking representative of His Excellency the Minister of the MoSVY and President of the CNCC; and His Excellency Kim Sovandy, General Secretary of the General Secretariat of the CNCC, as well as the technical working group, attended an inter-ministerial meeting of the Office of the Council of Ministers to review and discuss the draft National Action Plan on the Prevention and Response to Violence against Children 2025-2030.

The meeting was chaired by H.E. Dr. Eng Kok Thay, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and was attended by His Excellency, Lok Chumteav, ladies and gentlemen, members of the Legal Council, representatives of the Economic, Social, and Cultural Council, and representatives of ministries and institutions.
