Meeting to review the progress of the work and preparation of the ordinary meeting of the CNCC And preparations for the International Children's Day on June 1 and the Cambodian Children's Day 2025.

MoSVY: On the morning of March 18, 2025, the General Secretariat of the Cambodia National Council for Children (CNCC) organized a meeting to review and report to the leadership of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY) on the progress of work (1). Preparations for the ordinary meeting of the CNCC at 1st time of the 7th Legislative and the preparation of the International Children's Day on June 1 and the Cambodian Children's Day 2025.(2). Preparations for International Children's Day, June 1 and Cambodian Children's Day 2025.

The meeting was held under the chairmanship of H.E Khiev Borey, Secretary of State of the MoSVY and Vice-Chairman of the CNCC, and was attended by Her Excellency, Ladies and Gentlemen of the General Secretariat of the CNCCC.

Purpose of the meeting (1). To review the agenda of the ordinary meeting of the CNCC and update the content of the National Action Plan on Preventing and Responding to Violence against Children 2025-2030 (2). To review the work and preparations for International Children's Day, June 1, and Cambodian Children's Day 2025, related to some programs including (1). Planning to visit and bring materials to distribute to children in conflict with the law at the Youth Rehabilitation Center in Kandal Steung District, (2). Planning to produce a short video related to the progress of implementing children's rights in Cambodia (3). Planning to organize a forum for children and policymakers (4). Planning a TV talk show related to the progress of implementing children's rights in Cambodia, etc.
