Regional Consultation Workshop to Develop the National Plan on the Prevention and Response to Violence Against Children 2024-2028

Kampong Cham Province: On July 18, 2024, the General Secretariat of the CNCC organized the regional consultation workshop to prepare the National Plan for the Prevention and Response to Violence Against Children 2024–2028.

The purpose of this workshop is to (1) review and provide input on the draft National Plan on the Prevention and Response to Violence Against Children 2024–2028 and (2) share experiences and best practices of relevant ministries and institutions related to mechanisms to prevent, respond to, and respond to violence against children.

The workshop was chaired by H.E. Kim Sovandy, General Secretary of the General Secretariat CNCC, High Representative of H.E. Chea Somethy, Minister of Ministry MoSVY, and Chairman of the Cambodia National Council for Children. With the participation of Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, ladies and gentlemen from ministries, institutions, and relevant partner organizations, a total of 85 people attended the event
