The General Secretariat of the CNCC organized the self-study program on the phone training course on child online safety (Swipe Safe App) for teachers of secondary and high schools, which are the target schools of the ChildFund Cambodia project to promote digital education in Phnom Penh and Kandal province.

National Institute of Social Affairs - May 22, 2026: The General Secretariat of the Cambodia National Council for Children (CNCC), in collaboration with ChildFund Cambodia and the Department of Education, Youth, and Sports of Phnom Penh and Kandal Province, organized a training course on the self-study program on the phone training course on child online safety (Swipe Safe App) for teachers of secondary and high schools, which are the target schools of the ChildFund Cambodia project to promote digital education in Phnom Penh and Kandal Province.

The purpose of the training course is to integrate schools with the use of the Swipe Safe app and to enable adolescents to understand the risks and plan for their own protection online.

The training course was attended by approximately 21 representatives, teachers, and visitors from the Department of Education, Youth, and Sports and secondary and high schools, which are the target schools of the ChildFund Cambodia project to promote digital education in Phnom Penh and Kandal province.
