Regional Seminar on Strengthening cooperation and expertise in combating online child sexual exploitation.

Siem Reap, September 18, 2025: The General Secretariat of the Cambodian National Council for Children (CNCC), in collaboration with APLE Cambodia, organized a regional seminar on "Strengthening Cooperation and Expertise in Combating Online Child Sexual Exploitation."

The purports of the regional seminar show the shared commitment of all stakeholders to address issues of priority and strategies for addressing online child sexual abuse and exploitation and to create a safer digital world for all children.

The regional seminar was chaired by Lok Chumteav Nhep Sopheap, Secretary of State, High Representative of H.E. Chea Somethy, Minister of MoSVY, and Chairman of the CNCC, and was attended by representatives from relevant ministries, institutions, and partner organizations.
