Inter-ministerial technical meeting, relevant institutions, and partner organizations to discuss topic selection and resource mobilization for International Children's Day June 1 and Cambodian Children's Day 2024

Office of the Ministry of Mosvy, Wednesday morning, March 20, 2024, General Secretariat of CNCC Organized inter-ministerial technical meetings, relevant institutions, and partner organizations to discuss topic selection and resource mobilization to support the project to organize the celebration of the 75th anniversary of International Children's Day on June 1 and the 23rd anniversary of the 12th World Day Against Child Labor in June and Cambodian Children's Day 2024. The meeting was chaired by H.E. Kim Sovandy, Secretary General of the CNCC Secretariat. With the participation of Excellencies Lok Chumteavs, Ladies and Gentlemen from Ministries, Institutions, and Relevant Partner Organizations, a total of 32 people.

The meeting was reviewed and discussed effectively, and it was decided to select three topics to submit to the Minister of the Ministry of Mosvy and Chairman of the CNCC. To review and decide on one theme for International Children's Day, June 1, and Cambodian Children's Day 2024. At the same time, the Chairman of the Meeting requested that the relevant partner organizations provide material and financial support to the important Day Event Program, which is a demonstration of the joint efforts between the government and partner organizations to implement children's rights in Cambodia even better.
