Inter-Ministerial Technical Working Group Meeting to Develop the National Plan on the Prevention and Response to Violence Against Children 2024-2028

Tonle Bassac 2 Restaurant On 16 September 2024, the General Secretariat of the National Council of Cambodia for Children, in collaboration with UNICEF and Plan International Cambodia, organized a meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Technical Working Group to review the preparation of the draft National Plan on the Prevention and Response to Child Violence 2024-2028.

This meeting is organized in order to review inputs related to mechanisms to prevent, intervene, and respond to violence against children on the draft National Plan on the Prevention and Response to Violence Against Children 2024-2028.

The meeting was chaired by H.E. Kim Sovandy, General Secretary of the General Secretariat CNCC, High Representative of H.E. Chea Somethy, Minister of Ministry MoSVY, and Chairman of the Cambodia National Council for Children, With the participation of Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, ladies and gentlemen from ministries, institutions, and relevant partner organizations, a total of 55 people attended the event.
