The training of trainers courses focuses on raising awareness of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and online child safety for children and youth.

In Phnom Penh, September 2-4, 2025, the General Secretariat of the Cambodia National Council for Children (CNCC), in collaboration with the Mlop Russey Organization, organized a training of trainers course on raising awareness of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and online child protection for children and youth.

The purpose of the training course is to raise awareness of children and youth about the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the process of child participation, and child safety online, and to be able to protect themselves from online abuse and take all this knowledge to disseminate it to the target areas of their respective organizations.

The training course was chaired by H.E. Nop Rithear, Deputy Secretary General, a high-ranking representative of H.E. Kim Sovandy, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the CNCC, and was attended by a total of 40 children, youth, and caregivers from Mlop Russey and related partner organizations.
